Job Summary

A WordPress theme developer is in need of a Remote Community Platforms Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customers via support forum & ticketing system
  • Resolving technical questions and issues with speed and efficiency
  • Handling large amounts of incoming tickets and responding in a timely manner

Required Skills:

  • Ability to meet at least once a year at a fun destination
  • Good knowledge in PHP and object orientated programming
  • Good knowledge of Javascript/jQuery
  • Experience with Git and other version control systems
  • Experience with HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and responsive design
  • Experience working with the company's products
