Job Summary
A food delivery service company is seeking a Remote Community Policy Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop, launch and maintain company's Community Guidelines and other critical policy documents
- Build the community policy team
- Lead company's policy development for consumers, dashers and merchants to ensure a safe community
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 6+ years of relevant management experience
- Comfortable working with leadership including M-team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience dealing with sensitive policy or safety issues
