Job Summary
A healthcare intelligence company is filling a position for a Remote Community Resource Navigator in the Oklahoma City Area.
Must be able to:
- Compiling and update a comprehensive list of resources available
- Performing initial health risk screens for members
- Maintaining appropriate confidentiality and follow agency guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to off-site locations to perform job duties as needed
- High-level PC knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment
- Valid Oklahoma driver license required
