An exercise software company is seeking a Remote Community Support Payments Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting front line colleagues with complex Member Accounts queries
- Ensuring our Community Support colleagues have all available up to date information
- Identifying and escalating key learnings
