Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Community Team Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading technology and process improvements within the Community Platform
  • Driving customer enablement and empowerment through self-service
  • Developing KPIs that align to corporate objectives

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Math/Analytics
  • 5+ years working in a large and growing SaaS company
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or member of a Community Management Team
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Service Cloud, Confluence, JIRA, etc
  • Skilled in process design with a relentless passion for continuous improvement
