Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company is in need of a Remote Compass Billing and Enrollment Insurance Implementation Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with group office partners
• Research and respond to inquiries from the Group Office regarding enrollment problems
• Serve as revision contact to the Group Office to meet customer expectations and deliver on our promises

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Knowledge of contract Provisions and their impact on the ability to collect premium and determine eligibility
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft applications, to include Excel
• Ability to provide quality and thorough customer service
• Demonstrated organization and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
