An online learning academies company is filling a position for a Remote Compass Engagement Coach.

Must be able to:

  • Host welcome sessions and orientations as assigned to support and engage new families
  • Complete and log support calls with assigned families
  • Provide weekly email and attendance outreach to assigned students

Qualifications Include:

  • Reside in the state of California
  • Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
  • Ability to support and guide adults, as well as students
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook and experience using them in a professional capacity
