Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Compassionate Schools Project Implementation Coach in Louisville.

Must be able to:

• Monitor Implementation of the Compassionate Schools Project curriculum in elementary schools in Louisville
• Plan and provide professional development, training, and ongoing coaching for elementary school teachers
• Conceptualize, develop, and facilitate new offerings and programs, in alignment with overall strategic vision

Required Skills:

• The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs
• Master's degree in Education or related field
• At least two years of experience in teaching and social-emotional learning and/or mindfulness
• Experience in planning, developing, and conducting professional development and communicating effectively
• Prior training and experience in mindfulness, mindful movement and/or other contemplative practices
• All other requirements necessary for this position
