Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Compensation Advisor Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the design, implementation and/or administration of total compensation programs
  • Ensure alignment with the total rewards philosophy and HR strategy
  • Provide guidance and solutions

Required Skills:

  • Occasional travel will be required to a facility for training and/or meetings
  • Bachelor's required or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience in compensation discipline, or related experience
  • Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs
  • Knowledge of executive benefits programs, processes, issues and considerations
