Remote Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Rewards Data Intelligence practice on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Review long-term incentive compensation plan data and proxy statements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submitted to surveys
• Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and update data in a proprietary database

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work
• Entry-level candidates are acceptable
• Experience in mathematics, Long Term Incentive (LTI) data analysis, or proxy work is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise in database utilization
• Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment is expected
