Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join the Rewards Data Intelligence practice on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review long-term incentive compensation plan data and proxy statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submitted to surveys
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and update data in a proprietary database
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in consulting, corporate HR, or compensation-related work
- Entry-level candidates are acceptable
- Experience in mathematics, Long Term Incentive (LTI) data analysis, or proxy work is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise in database utilization
- Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment is expected
