Job Summary

A company providing lease purchasing technology needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in the analysis, design, and administration of all company compensation programs
  • Assisting in the execution of the annual merit review process
  • Maintaining and administering company equity plan process

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in compensation analysis
  • 2-5 years’ experience in equity
  • Proven proficiency with Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment on diverse matters requiring complex analysis
  • Experience successfully navigating competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or another field
