Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Assist in the design and delivery of compensation programs that are well understood and valued by managers and employees
  • Assess jobs and respective duties to determine appropriate internal job level and FLSA classification
  • Conduct annual market survey benchmarking, update salary grades and make recommendations for market adjustments

Qualifications Include:

  • Four-year college degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience HR experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a role focused in analytics or compensation
  • Experience in designing, analyzing and delivering global compensation structures
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, data visualization and presentation skills
  • Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships
