Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Be an advisor and point person for all things compensation
  • Build out job leveling and continue to improve our compensation framework to ensure fairness and consistency across the company
  • Partner with and consult with the VP, People on executive compensation programs, corporate equity strategy, and Compensation Committee deliverables

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
  • Team oriented with collaborative style; able to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position, preferably in a rapid growth remote environment
  • Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales
  • Proven experience partnering and collaborating well with People, Finance, and the business
  • Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
