Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Be an advisor and point person for all things compensation
- Build out job leveling and continue to improve our compensation framework to ensure fairness and consistency across the company
- Partner with and consult with the VP, People on executive compensation programs, corporate equity strategy, and Compensation Committee deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
- Team oriented with collaborative style; able to maturely handle sensitive and confidential information
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position, preferably in a rapid growth remote environment
- Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales
- Proven experience partnering and collaborating well with People, Finance, and the business
- Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
