A limited sports media partnership is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Compiling and analyzing salary survey data
  • Performing analysis of survey results against current jobs
  • Categorizing current job description against current job library

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years of compensation experience
  • Strong excel skills (macros/pivot tables, etc)
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
