- Working with Legal team to determine job exemption status
- Benchmarking roles and ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy
- Assisting Sr. Manager, Total Rewards with management of compensation cycles

- Understanding of compensation principles
- Ability to form relationships with individuals at all levels
- A creative thinker/problem solver who can take context into consideration

- Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel
