Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource to managers companywide on the process of updating or creating job descriptions
- Review and revise job descriptions to accurately reflect essential functions
- Perform market pricing, analyzes internal comparisons and provide grade placement recommendations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- One year of human resources experience
- Experience in business analysis may substitute for some of the human resources experience requirement
