A retail company is seeking a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages
- Preparing materials for the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings
- Assisting with the design and delivery of the executive incentive plans

- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant major
- Minimum 1-2+ years compensation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively
