Job Summary

A retail company is seeking a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages
  • Preparing materials for the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of the executive incentive plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant major
  • Minimum 1-2+ years compensation experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret, bring insights and apply judgement
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and drive initiatives forward
