Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Complete compensation survey submissions
- Conduct cost modeling and employee impact analysis for proposed new programs
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in a Compensation role
- Direct experience with using Workday to maintain compensation infrastructure
- Experience using Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Excellent analytical skills and a clear focus on accuracy and quality
