Job Summary

A provider of real estate services is in need of a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Manage/optimize key compensation data sets
• Design and build robust yet flexible compensation modeling tools
• Curate business process documentation and quality assurance plans

Qualifications Include:

• A bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or STEM
• 3 years experience in compensation analytics and data modeling
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience maintaining compensation structures and incentive plans
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to effectively present those findings to different audiences
• A solid understanding of compensation survey data
