Remote Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A civil engineering consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in market-based compensation surveys analyzing results and market trends
• Conduct market pay analysis to determine competitiveness of pay and make recommendations for pay adjustments
• Assist the administration of annual merit and incentive processes

Required Skills:

• Five plus years of related compensation and/or total rewards experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
