Job Summary

A leading global government services company is seeking a Remote Compensation Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing compensation support by providing labor rates for assigned proposals
  • Assisting in using and maintaining PayFactors
  • Supporting the process of providing survey data to selected vendors

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Performs work under general supervision
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
