Job Summary

A global automotive manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Compensation Analyst in Dearborn.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leveraging expertise to see beyond the numbers and apply ingenuity to provide insightful and creative recommendations that help enable the business
• Leading compensation survey strategy by applying analytics and overall recommendations, staying close to key areas of the company's business
• Supporting the development of new pay policies and programswhile administering existing policies and frameworks

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years compensation analyst and/or HR business partner work experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and support day to day requests
• Ability to assist with annual Compensation Planning administration and consulting for North America
• Ability to assist with special projects and research including presentations, data analysis and visualization, training documents, etc
• Ability to learn/use Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx to perform advanced data analysis
