Job Summary
A digital consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Analyst in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Approve and monitor all candidate offers
- Ensure Compensation packages for candidates are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Conduct audits to ensure requisitions have accurate compensation data
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years experience in in-house Compensation teams or Recruiting Operations
- Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing
- 2 years HR / Comp Coordinator experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
