Job Summary
A research firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Analyst II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in compensation/benefit surveys
- Review proposed salary adjustments
- Recommend company salary structure movements
Qualifications for this position include:
- College /university four-year degree or two-year college degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst
- Or 4 years’ experience in either Compensation or Benefits
- Knowledge of FSLA, compliance, and other laws regarding Compensation & Benefits
- Ability to resolve moderately difficult requests/issues by analyzing data
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
