Job Summary

A research firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Analyst II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in compensation/benefit surveys
  • Review proposed salary adjustments
  • Recommend company salary structure movements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College /university four-year degree or two-year college degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst
  • Or 4 years’ experience in either Compensation or Benefits
  • Knowledge of FSLA, compliance, and other laws regarding Compensation & Benefits
  • Ability to resolve moderately difficult requests/issues by analyzing data
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
