Job Summary
A data security company has a current position open for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop, maintain, and update compensation and benefit strategies for a global organization
- Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
- Ensure annual benefit filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Proven experience transitioning from a PEO to in-house benefits
- 5 - 8+ years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager, or in a related role
- Proven experience with 401K administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
