A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Leader.
Must be able to:
- Lead the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of the base salary
- Leverage current and envision new total compensation philosophy and practice
- Work closely with business leaders and people leaders to ensure compensation and benefit programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 15+ years with compensation and benefit plan design, administration, communication and related
