Job Summary
A free online supplement dispensary is seeking a Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the development, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs
- Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits practices
- Providing advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience with North American compensation and benefits practices
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Knowledge of all province, federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use g suite products
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
