A marketing technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing global employee benefits programs
- Ensuring the accuracy of benefits enrollments in our HRIS
- Managing monthly process for applicable lines of coverage
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years+ experience administering global benefits and compensation plans
- Strong project management, Excel, and communication skills
- Proven relationship management experience with multiple external benefits providers /brokers
- A focus on continuous improvement, risk control, and efficiency of the function
