A marketing technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing monthly process for applicable lines of coverage

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4 years+ experience administering global benefits and compensation plans
  • Strong project management, Excel, and communication skills
  • Proven relationship management experience with multiple external benefits providers /brokers
  • A focus on continuous improvement, risk control, and efficiency of the function
