Job Summary
A urgent care medical service provider is filling a position for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the talent acquisition team to determine hiring salaries
- Taking ownership for collectively establishing productive partnerships and relationships
- Reviewing of job descriptions and aid managers in writing the job descriptions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Four years of compensation analyst experience required.
- Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives preferred.
- Experience using Excel required.
