Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring organization provides a market competitive set of compensation and benefits programs
- Maintaining knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices
- Working with benefits broker and PX leadership to determine health and welfare program plan designs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of five years’ experience administering compensation or benefits programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Thorough knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA compliance requirements
