An energy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining catalog of job descriptions and ensuring all are up to date
- Assisting Total Rewards Manager with ADA accommodations
- Managing record keeping of signed job descriptions for all employees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years' extensive experience with data management in HRIS, preferably UKG
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Benefits or Total Rewards
- Willingness to take responsibility for duties and a desire to learn
