Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting research into compensation market trends
- Recommending and implementing compensation philosophy and policy changes
- Overseeing the Company's participation in market compensation & benefit surveys
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with robust HRIS systems
- Experience transitioning from one HRIS/PEO to another
- Experience managing the Leave of Absence process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
