Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting research into compensation market trends
  • Recommending and implementing compensation philosophy and policy changes
  • Overseeing the Company's participation in market compensation & benefit surveys

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with robust HRIS systems
  • Experience transitioning from one HRIS/PEO to another
  • Experience managing the Leave of Absence process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
