Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Cambridge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring the benefits service queue and providing timely, customer-oriented responses
- Researching and investigating issues and providing recommendations on solutions
- Collaborating with benefits and payroll teams, and outside vendors, to solve open questions and tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to ensure the timely processing of invoices for payment
- Able to ensure timely and accurate processing of life insurance and disability claims
- Able to provide notifications to terminating team members of their benefit policy conversion rights
