Job Summary
A building solutions and materials company is seeking a Remote Compensation and Benefits Total Rewards Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and administer base compensation structure and programs
- Manage and administer the Company's retirement plans
- Manage and administer variable compensation programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Seven years' broad-based work experience in compensation and benefits programs and administration
- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations
