Job Summary

A public sector consulting firm is in need of a Remote Compensation and Classification Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the Compensation and Classification work stream
  • Leading the collection, compilation, and interpretation of data from multiple sources
  • Managing Human Capital Compensation and Classification work stream staff on projects

Required Skills:

  • Travels on-site as a leader of the work stream consulting team
  • 5 years in compensation administration, classification reviews, etc.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment Statistics, etc.
  • Specific Excel function knowledge
  • Skilled in using pivot tables
