Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Compensation and Equity Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving the strategy and execution of compensation practices
  • Partnering with C-suite to design and prepare materials for the Compensation Committee
  • Owning our annual compensation review process in partnership with our FP&A team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Deep experience in the administration of compensation programs
  • Deep understanding of equity alignment and benchmarking
  • Experience supporting business with an established international presence
  • Experience collaborating with the full range of G&A teams and leadership
  • Functional HR expertise and knowledge of current HR trends and practices
