Job Summary
A banking institution is in need of a Remote Compensation and HRIS Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Entering employee, pay, and job changes in UltiPro (salary changes, promos, etc.)
- Managing new job creation, including developing job descriptions, assigning job code, etc
- Assisting with Job Ladder development and market pricing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
