A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Compensation and Mobility Total Rewards Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs
  • Review proposed salary adjustments and promotions
  • Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a: compensation, analytics or mobility/immigration role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to be successful in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical skills
