Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Compensation and Mobility Total Rewards Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs
- Review proposed salary adjustments and promotions
- Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years’ experience in a: compensation, analytics or mobility/immigration role
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to be successful in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical skills
