Job Summary

A management consulting company has an open position for a Remote Compensation and Talent Management Systems Implementation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative recommendations and solutions that maximize the use of the product
  • Managing relationships with customers and ensuring problems are resolved and escalate
  • Conducting a review of current processes, existing documentation, and business requirements

Required Skills:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management software organization
  • A minimum of one year experience within a Human Resource business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate non-technical customer requirements into appropriate technical configurations
  • History of working effectively with a variety of levels of responsibility within an organization
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office
