Job Summary

A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation and Total Rewards Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching, developing, and delivering innovative Compensation and Total Rewards strategies
  • Leading our Compensation and Total Rewards programs
  • Leading strategic initiatives and ensuring clarity regarding deliverables

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience leading Total rewards for high-growth organizations
  • Experience analyzing and developing cash and equity rewards targets in a private company environment
  • Extensive experience with financial and rewards modeling
  • Experience with stock options, RSUs and other equity vehicles
  • Experience interacting with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
