A website management platform company is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Benefits HRIS and HR Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Total Rewards programs align with the goals of the company
- Plan, design, and implement all of our compensation, benefits, rewards and people systems processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- An undergraduate degree is required
- Experience in compensation and benefits, complemented by broad HR expertise
- Have experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
