Job Summary
An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret the company's remuneration programs to support NSGBU Executive Leaders
- Be responsible for variable compensation scorecard
- Be responsible for managing promotion analysis to support determination of eligibility for resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of Human Resources or Operations experience
- Must be a self-starter, highly analytical with sound decision making skills
- Ability to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure completion within a timely manner
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
