Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret the company's remuneration programs to support NSGBU Executive Leaders
  • Be responsible for variable compensation scorecard
  • Be responsible for managing promotion analysis to support determination of eligibility for resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of Human Resources or Operations experience
  • Must be a self-starter, highly analytical with sound decision making skills
  • Ability to lead projects/tasks and maintain a schedule to ensure completion within a timely manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is critical
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
