Job Summary

A provider of enterprise open source software solutions is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as compensation program SME
  • Developing compensation recommendations
  • Developing special retention or incentive plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of compensation consulting or compensation program management
  • Experience partnering with senior-level management and stakeholders
  • Experience administering compensation programs through global HRIS
  • Project management experience, leading global projects / rolling out programs
  • Ability to analyze data trends and translate into business opportunities
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data presentation skills
