Job Summary
A provider of enterprise open source software solutions is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as compensation program SME
- Developing compensation recommendations
- Developing special retention or incentive plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of compensation consulting or compensation program management
- Experience partnering with senior-level management and stakeholders
- Experience administering compensation programs through global HRIS
- Project management experience, leading global projects / rolling out programs
- Ability to analyze data trends and translate into business opportunities
- Advanced spreadsheet and data presentation skills
