Job Summary

A non-profit, Catholic-based health system is seeking a Remote Compensation Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to HR functions and leadership
  • Analyze results of equity studies and market analysis
  • Lead the design, recommendation and implementation of new or modified pay practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Business, Accounting/Finance, HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation theory and practice, job evaluation methodologies, and similar
  • trong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
