Job Summary
A non-profit, Catholic-based health system is seeking a Remote Compensation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert to HR functions and leadership
- Analyze results of equity studies and market analysis
- Lead the design, recommendation and implementation of new or modified pay practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Business, Accounting/Finance, HR or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation theory and practice, job evaluation methodologies, and similar
- trong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
