Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company is seeking a Remote Compensation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting complex modeling and analysis on all aspects of retail compensation
- Drawing themes and trends from data analysis and make recommendations to management and/or client groups
- Leading communications and change management process in partnership with PRO and Ops Services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Five or more years of implementation and/or administration of compensation plans
- Three or more years serving in an advisory role for clients/customers
- Three or more years of designing plans and programs for direct pay, incentive pay, and/or sales compensation
- Three or more years of cross functional project management
