Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Compensation Consultant Human Resources Analyst in San Rafael.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting design and implementation of major compensation-related initiatives
  • Administering compensation initiatives, annual focal planning, bonus and incentive plans, and scheduled rate adjustments
  • Supporting employment-related programs and initiatives

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant practitioner experience administrating and managing compensation and job data and programs
  • CCP, GRP or related professional certifications or credentials preferred
