A life services company is in need of a Remote Compensation Consultant in Gaithersburg.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to our HR partners
  • Participate in salary surveys, market pricing, and job analysis
  • Develop strong partnerships with market HR and leaders within assigned areas of support

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years of recent experience in compensation field
  • Experience with job evaluations, market pricing, salary surveys, and well versed in reporting and analysis
  • Strong project management skills with ability to quickly establish credibility
