Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company has an open position for a Remote Compensation Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs
- Leading cross-functional teams to systematically execute and successfully communicate compensation initiatives
- Managing the financial planning process and building the 1-3 year wage strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years Demonstrated skills in building technology solutions to execute compensation programs
- Written and verbal skills, including preparation and delivery of presentation material to senior leadership
- 6+ years Project leadership in a cross-functional environment
- 8+ years of relevant, technical compensation management experiences including execution of complex, multi-year changes to compensation practices and programs, and incentive redesign
- Experience managing others
