Job Summary
A non-profit community-based healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Compensation Director.
Must be able to:
- Partner with leadership and provides technical expertise to ensure effective usage of compensation best practices, integration of a total rewards strategy
- Engage and mentor the compensation team to provide analytical and admin support for market based salary and incentive program
- Manage operations for the department, job and salary infrastructure, vendor management, and compliance with FLSA and other regulatory requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required
- 7 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years related compensation experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills with translation into actionable and clear solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and project management skills
- Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented, evolving, and matrixed structured environment
- Professional HR certification preferred
