  • Designing, managing and administering a compensation program that supports business needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence decision making
  • Ability to multi-task, leading and executing multiple projects concurrently
  • 8-10 years designing, implementing, and leading compensation, sales compensation, executive compensation
  • Strong presentation skills
